30 Mar HOW TO MAKE A TROPICAL SMOOTHIE – THE PIÑATA

Paradise is calling! With The Piñata Smoothie, the tropical vibes are guaranteed. There’s no excuse: feel on the bright side! The Piñata: it’s fun, it’s fresh, it’s healthy and it’s yummy!

Pineapple is an excellent source of antioxidant vitamin; vitamin C. Vitamin C is required for the collagen synthesis in the body. Collagen is the main structural protein in the body required for maintaining the integrity of blood vessels, skin, organs, and bones.
Lemon acidic taste is because of citric acid, a natural preservative, aids in smooth digestion, and helps dissolve kidney stones.
Unlike cow’s milk, coconut milk is lactose free so can be used as a milk substitute by those with lactose intolerance. It is a popular choice with vegans and makes a great base for smoothies, milkshakes or as a dairy alternative in baking.
For the PIÑATA smoothie:
– Pineapple
– Lemon
– Coconut milk
– Add all the ingredients to the blender
– Blend well.
Enjoy!
