We are so happy to introduce you to our first #healthyandyummy smoothie: The Guateque!
A cheery combination for those who dream of Fridays.

FOR THE GUATEQUE SMOOTHIE:

 

  • 1 bowl of nuts
  • 1 bowl of dates
  • 1 glass of regular milk / soy milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 apple

Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend well.
Enjoy!

AVOCADO
