3 QUICK AND HEALTHY SNACKS THAT ARE PERFECT AFTER SURFING

Even though surfing can look so smooth and effortless, it actually is hard work. No wonder that when we come out of the water, we usually crave some good, nutritious food. That’s one of the many reasons Dreamsea offers delicious and sustainable meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – every day of the week.

For us, food doesn’t only mean nutrition but is also a way to come together as a community, sharing our thoughts, ideas, and stories. We believe that enjoying the little moments and simple pleasures such as food really can brighten your day. A big part of our philosophy is respect and tolerance which is why we offer vegetarian and vegan food options for every meal.

It’s easy! Simply roast all the ingredients in a pan over medium heat. Stir until your Granola gets an evenly golden color. You can keep your granola in a jar for about four weeks – even though it won’t last that long because it’s so tasty. You can also replace the honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
