Our surf program has been specially designed by professionals of physical education, surf and sports. Created and meticulously designed for all levels of surfers and for all physical conditions. By joining our surf program you will not only be able to taste the surfing life and surf training, but you will also be able to improve your skills, and more important, gain the necessary knowledge to continue your training and progress at home. Our surf program is based on three pillars:




This is the main point and covers all the aspects of the surfing, from surfing theory to the surfing practice, with lessons and guidance and video-analysis.

– Covers all the basics: from warm-up, to paddling, to catching waves and standing-up on them.

– Surf and safety rules.

– Advice on nutrition for surfers.

– Advice on equipment.

– Daily review of your surfing.

– Discuss about your surfing goals.

– Guiding you on what is the right focus and goal at your level.

– Technique guidance: Tips and review of your surfing techniques and how to improve them through video analysis and photos.

– Specific surfing exercises for your needs.

– Take home your surfing videos: This is a valuable tool which allows you to study and understand your surfing and how to improve it.

– Theory about how you and the water are connected during the surfing and tips about what you can do in the water to improve your rhythm.




Even when most of your improvement is during your time in the water, it´s also really important the land session to help you understand your body, how it rotates, biomechanics and movement on your surfboard. You will learn wave simulation and understand the different sections of a wave and how to get the most out of the wave.

You are going to be able to implement what you have learned on land straight away in the water and you will feel the difference in your surfing almost instantly. These training sessions are not only beneficial and vital for the fast progression of your surfing but they are super fun as well!

A strong surfer body needs this 5 skills – Core Strength, Flexibility, Agility, Balance & Endurance.

With these skills, surfing and many other daily activities can become effortless in your journey to a healthier you!

Through deep & superficial core-strength training; yoga techniques; balance training; agility training; strength training; plyometrics; postural correction exercises; consistent stretching and healthy practical eating information.

Our surfing program is divided in three levels:




This program is created and focused on people that have never surfed before or are not able to surf green waves. Joining to this program you will learn all the basic of surfing; be able to catch your first wave; and according to your progress, you will be able to go to the lineup and surf green waves.




If you are already a confident surfer, capable to catch green waves and want to start learning some surfing tricks, improve your technique, timing and understanding of surfing, this is your group.

By following this program and the video-analysis you will improve your technique and intuition of your body and surfing in general and leave being a much better surfer than when you arrived.

Joining our program for advanced surfers you will be able to enjoy different kind of waves with our surf guides, and thanks to the video-analysis and the surfing training, you will accelerate the process of learning, polish your technique and become a better surfer in a short period of time.
